Dry Granule Making Machine
According to the basic requirements of the dry granulation process, the equipment turns light powder into irregular granules through four steps of degassing and uniform feeding → pre-compression → tableting and molding → crushing and granulation and molding without adding adhesives or water, completing the physical change process from powder to granules.
- The cantilever design of the whole machine absorbs advanced foreign technologies. It completely isolates the processing area from the power transmission area, and has a neat appearance. It is easy to disassemble, install and clean, realizing clean and closed production from powder to granules. The tabletop is neatly arranged, compact, centralized in operation. The human-machine interface is safe, reliable, fast and contains a large amount of information.
- This machine adopts two-stage feeding, which has better performance than the one-stage feeding commonly used in China. It makes the powder fully degassed, and the feeding is uniform and dense. Especially for some lighter and poorly flowing materials, it further improves the tablet strength, better controls the vibration of exhaust gas and increases the yield of granules.
- This machine is equipped with an automatic hydraulic system. By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system through sensors and solenoid valves to control the pressure between the rollers, the density and hardness of granules required by different drugs can be obtained. The interface adjustment is convenient and intuitive, and the performance is reliable.
- The control system uses PLC and LCD touch screen, which improves the performance and reliability of the whole machine control system.
- This machine is equipped with a micro-material test device. Only 5 grams of material is needed to understand the selectivity of the formula.
- The design of the transparent working area makes observation more direct and convenient.
- The structural design of the whole system is reasonable, the process flow ratio is reasonable, and the production capacity is gradually enlarged according to the material flow direction, and the operation is reliable.
- The materials in contact and the equipment frame are all made of high-quality stainless steel, which is more hygienic. It prevents rust caused by damp environment.
