DPH-280 roller plate blister packaging machine
This machine adopts the working principle of plate positive pressure blow molding and roller sealing, and cooperates with the full servo drive control system to ensure accurate transmission of sealing and punching layouts. It makes the operation, adjustment, mold replacement and maintenance of the whole machine more convenient and faster. Performance advantages 1. The whole machine adopts full servo control technology, driven by six independent servo motors, with smooth operation, low noise, and fast mold replacement and adjustment; 2. Through the human-machine interface, continuous functions such as PVC feeding, PVC heating, PVC molding, drug blanking, aluminum foil sealing, batch number printing, punching, and drug output can be realized; 3. The effective forming area is large, and plates of various sizes and shapes can be reasonably arranged; 4. Optional photographic inspection and waste removal system can automatically remove missing and broken grains during filling. Laser plate alignment and servo control step distance function ensure accurate plate transmission and accurate punching position.
