The LP-4500 model capsule filling machine performs outstandingly in the field of capsule filling. During operation, it first sorts and separates the capsules through a vibrating disk. Then, it uses a precise metering device to accurately transport powdered or granular drugs into the capsule body, with minimal filling quantity error. Subsequently, it recombines and locks the capsule cap and body to ensure the capsule's sealing. In terms of main components, the hopper is used to store powdered drugs. The feeding system is usually made of stainless steel materials. For example, a screw feeder can evenly transport powdered drugs to the filling device, meeting the hygiene standards for drug production.

The model 4500 capsule filling machine is equipped with a Siemens brand controller to ensure the stability of the electrical control system.
The filling cam directly acts on the filling mechanism, making the tamping pressure more stable and the filling action more accurate.
The filling mechanism adopts a special-shaped multi-curved surface powder blocking structure and adds a flow-aiding cone to make the powder surface in the powder filling ring more flat, have higher adaptability to powder and more accurate filling volume.
